Acuvue Products:
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll be eligible for a rebate from Acuvue! The process is quick and easy! Once your contact lenses ship, you’ll receive an email from “My Acuvue Rewards” to confirm your information and select if you want a VIRTUAL CARD vs. PHYSICAL.
Following that, you’ll receive a separate email with the details of the virtual card or a confirmation if you wish to have a physical card mailed to you. That’s it! You should expect the full process to take about 10-15 business days.
Alcon Products:
Obtaining your rebate is quick and easy! Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email from our Customer Service Team (usually within 1-2 business days) with a UNIQUE REBATE CODE and the instructions on how to submit for your rebate, as well as the necessary documentation to do so. You will need to wait until you receive your order to proceed with the submission because a picture of one of the barcodes of the boxes is necessary for approval.
You should expect the process to take about 2 minutes and you’ll receive your rebate approval 7-10 Business days from the submission date. It’s important to remember that you have 60 days from the date of your purchase to submit the rebate!
