1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The contact lenses are unopened, unused, unexpired, and in their original sealed packaging.
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
- The lenses were incorrectly supplied, damaged in transit, or defective upon arrival.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
- The box or blister packs have been opened, marked, or tampered with.
- The lenses were ordered incorrectly (wrong prescription, brand, or quantity), unless the error was made by us.
These restrictions comply with FDA hygiene and safety standards for medical devices.
2. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with :
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if applicable.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges
